Ch-ch-ch-changes ♪

Second season is well underway and the team is looking forward to claiming the league trophy for the first time. Hard work, having fun and comeradership are key stones to enhancing the group's performance week after week.

As a team on the rise, additions had to be made: by hiring spokepersons, accountants, physiotherapists and doctors we've amassed a total of 14 members in the staff. Plus, we've hired one more scout for our youth squad, since a couple of the kids decided not to take part in the epic journey that being part of the Samurais represents. We wish all the best for them and their families.

As far as the series are concerned, we are tied with YuyinxD by points, but remain as runner-ups by goal margin. Eight goals keeps us apart but we are quite confident in our work strategy looking forward to week 14, our next clash against our rivals.

We're trying new formations and the lads are getting the hang of it; last match was won with 5 goals on top of our bot rival but having a passable experience with the new 3-4-3 line-up. It sure looks like a profitable change, though during the next few weeks we'll be trying out some new tactics with the aforementioned play scheme.

We'd like to give shoutouts to our beloved friends at Golden Little Mask; the club's not going through the best of times and we'd like them to know they have full support from us.

News

Hi there fans! We're back with a crapload of news for you today.

We salute the brave warriors on the matches won against the botted team talleres f.c. and the user-managed club river fronterizo. Even though poor management during week 2, the team pulled off a nice victory against talleres giving the team a nice goal pool to fight YuyinxD off the second place, since they are ahead of us by a 5-goal margin.

As the season develops, we see YuyinxD is a slightly fearsome team. With powerful players and probably 3+ seasons under the belt, the rival squad is likely to be the sour milk during this tournament. We've come across a tie the first time we pitted against each other. It was a testing game, we were carefully measuring our abilities, our weaknesses, our opportunities. Next time it won't be as easy as it was.

Because of that, an addition to the team took place recently: dutch wing back Sytse-Jan Oldenburger came to the team as a fan favorite. Coach Lambetain came to the management team and asked for that specfic player as the board was preoccupied on other club negotiations. Lambetain's steadfast resolve gave him a fresh player to stuff the trenches.

Now the target's on midfielders and strikers to build up the team for week 14, the next clash against our season's enemies.

We'll definitely be getting more staff members as well.

Regarding our youth team, even though it's not an awesome squad ATM, we have great confidence in the little brave ones. There may be some departures, since some of the lads aren't motivated enough and do have other interests and/or obligations they must take hold of. We'll keep you posted on this matter.
