The team so far

As we eagerly await next season, off-season gives us a little bit of playtime and work in the meantime.

The youth team is responding extremely good to training and players re-locations. Gómez, Oyarbide and Peñalva are greatly comfortable in their positions so far. Their mid-field and forward abilities have proven their worth on last two matches, blatantly overwhelming the opposition.

As for the main team, we are quite confident the Samurais will earn and retain first position in the next series. Changes are right round the corner: Aniceto Moglia was fired because of disrespectfulness towards the management team and staff. While discussing the renewal of his contract, he felt he wasn't making it to the first team (again) and spat on Lambetain's face. His last words were: "Ever since I joined this team I put my heart and soul into it. You don't deserve me." We must say he did put his heart and soul to the team, except when he got wasted once every two weeks and never went to get the ball each time he drove it out of the training field.

In another turn of events, Gianfranco Bueno is leaving us on his own since he says he found a better way to make a living: as a dealer.

In a casino.

We sure hope the best for him!

And last but not least, next season we'll be having a new team to pitch against: YuYiNxD.

Checking upon the players, it's more of an old, but extremely experienced squad. We'll just have to show our youthfulness, skill and good looks against the old war veterans.

This will be a season to remember!
